The key elements of the registration system are; online registration including choice of scientific sessions, workshops, social events and hotel bookings. As for the payment the participants can pay by all credit card online at the time of registration or choose bank transfer. This makes it easy for people to settle their balance. All registered delegates will receive a confirmation/invoice by e-mail and reminders will be sent out for unpaid invoices. Queries from the delegates concerning changes and questions will be answered by DIS staff by phone or e-mail.

You as the organiser will be given a password for online access to the database, where you can follow the registrations and extract various Excel lists 24 hours a day.

Furthermore, it is the same system which is used for online abstract handling and in this way you will have the advantage of being able to compare information in registration and abstract systems.

Preparing the conference badges is convenient as a print is made directly from the delegate database. 

When you choose our registration system it would only be natural to use our staff on-site at the conference venue to welcome your participants and to provide name badges, programme etc. DIS will have computers, printers and credit card machines, so possible new participants can register at the venue.
